New patients
If you need further medical assistance after your appointment, contact your family doctor (primary care provider or PCP). Nurses in your primary care provider's office can determine the medical urgency of your condition, schedule an acute visit during regular office hours, or offer home care advice.

I-93 northbound off-ramp closure, beginning 5月8日, 2024
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has announced that beginning Wednesday, 5月8日, the Interstate 93 northbound off-ramp at exit 8 for Wellington Road will be closed for three months. Travelers will be directed to exit 9S and rerouted to I-93 south to exit 8. This will impact patients coming to Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester traveling on I-93 north. Please plan extra travel time for upcoming appointments.
